The original painting, "Carcaixent Cathedral" came home in my suitcase in May of 2024 after a 3 month trip to Spain to meet my niece who was only a few months old when I arrived. The church in the painting is located in my sister-in-law's hometown of Carcaixent, Spain about 30 minutes south of Valencia. The dome in the center of the painting belongs to the beautiful church where she married my little brother. This painting is one of only a handful I made on that trip.
